Spooktacular Fun!

Twenty-Five days until HALLOWEEN!!! OOOoooooOOO and all the ghost and goblins come out.

It's my favorite time of year and i'm so excited to see all the little kiddos in there costumes.

I can't wait to see what my two little cousins are going to be and take them trick or treating of course

So my roomies and I have been brainstorming our costumes for this year and what we want to be because  Halloween isn't just for kids...duh!

So this year.....I think I am going to be.....

 A stewardess....how appropriate right??

Speaking of stewardess have you seen that new Panam show on Sunday nights on ABC?...its bomb diggity yo and the pilot be lookin' mighty fine. The girls are so pretty too!

So boys, if your girl wants to watch the show, you should def watch it with her and snuggle up on the couch together. The weather is just about perfect for it ;)

And don't worry, we won't judge ya for watching a chick flickie show.

A girl can dream

So anyone that knows me will tell you that I am the most indecisive person EVER and that when it comes to decisions, I am terrible at them.

Even trying to decide what kind of cereal I want gives me a headache so you can imagine what it's like for me when it comes to anything of major importance

So, the other day I was on facebook and you know those ads that are on the side of the page that annoy you? Yeah, for some reason facebook is obviously trying to tell me I need a ring or something because everyday there is ALWAYS a stinking ad for them.....HELLO FB, I've been there, done that.....I can wait!! ;)

Anywho....

I finally gave in

AND....

When I saw this I KNEW it was THE ONE and exactly what I wanted!!

It's BEAUTIFUL! & Perfect!!

And it only costs........Wait for it........$5,625 HAHAHA!! Oh well, a girl can dream.

I've never been that girl who dreams of her wedding day or the ring she wants, but at that moment

 I WAS SOOOO THAT GIRL. 
hahahahaha!

Tuesday Special....

Are your ready for it??? It's a SONG....dedicated to someone special ;) You know who you are!

 Let's just call it romanticallll song day!! (Yes, I said romantical. When it's your own blog you get to say what you want, well almost)

When I heard it I knew it was special and decided that if I changed the hers and she's to him and he's it would be just perfect. And it is!!!

FlyBagz Baby!!

Happy Monday everyone!!

OK I have to share these little jems with you because I think they are beyond ADORABLE!!

She is so talented...She makes these custom purses out of  flight suits, ABUs/BDUs or any military uniform you'd like. She even makes backpacks for the kiddos and so much more!!

Grown up

Sometimes I want to believe I will always be the baby, the daughter that never has to be grown up.

But then there comes days just like today when I am reminded that is not the case.

I am a grown up!! Believe it or not, 24 is considered an adult....CRAZYNESS, right?! LOL

There may be days when I completely lose myself and my strength

BUT.....

And that just makes me human!

When it comes to being grown up, I think that certain people forget that even though I am now almost 25, I am still their daughter, granddaughter, niece, sister, cousin and there are things or situations that unfortunately

I can not help you with.

I am not saying that I am not always going to be there for you when you need me, because I believe family should be our number one support system.

What I am saying is that if you are going through a rough patch in life and it just plane sucks....

KEEP GOING!!

Pray for patience

Pray for peace within yourself

Ask for guidance

Find a hobby

Find the positive in everyday life :)

I will always love you and it's because I do love you so much that it hurts to see anyone I love hurting or going through a tough time.

I honestly do my best when it comes to being grown up or the bigger person in a situation to give any advice I can or to simply just listen.

But there are times when I am going to need the same support!

Believe it or not I am still a baby, trying to find her way in this crazy, beautiful world and somedays I just need my mommy & daddy.

DaYs & GoAlS!

Did you know that it takes only 21 days to make something a habit?!



I need to keep that in mind this month while i'm blogging. Doing this somehow makes me feel accountable for things i'm doing on the daily. So if sending silly blog posts into the crazy world that is the internet then so be it. BRING IT ON DAY 2!

I rejoined the gym the other night...another great habit to pick up. Again I have to just remember

21 DAYS! LA Fitness we are going to be GR8 friends.

And speaking of days, only 78 days until I am leaving on a jet plane to KOREA!

11 days since Shaynold left...WOW....I can't say it like that because it already seems like it has been months. But if I look at the positive I at least only have 10 more days until its a habit for me to be used to him being gone. Not that it helps the fact that he is in fact away, but it helps :)

Only 1 day until the weekend!!! Now that is something to celebrate.

 

HELLO.....Health Habit Goals:

• Blog everyday for a month
• Go to the gym at least 3 x a week maybe 4
• Read for book club :)
• Talk to Shayne on Skype everyday *crosses fingers*
• Hang out with friends/roomies & family
•  Go to work! (Duh)
• Go to events/outtings with friends when asked
• Think of fun things to do alone or with friends

Bloggin' for a cause!

That cause being my SANITY!!

You see people, my loving, sweet, handsome boyfriend aka Pilot aka Shaynold has left me in the states for a WHOLE YEAR...alone, yeah that's right. Rude-ugh! LOL I'm really just kidding, but no really it is kinda sad. He is stationed in Kunsan, Korea right now and I am so very proud of him to say the least. I know he is going to do awesome and make the most of his time there. Shoot he better! So, I have made a goal for myself that i'm going to do my very best to stay busy and be involved in fun exciting things and I think that blogging will be one of those fun things to do. So you're gonna be hearing a lot more from me!

Starting out....

I'm going to set a goal to blog every day for a month....except weekends. ;) I think it will be great for me to be creative and will force me to find something to blog about. It might not always be interesting, but hey it's a start. And it will be FUN!
